No. Every GoalCaps design is manufactured after you order, so you get a fresh made-to-order cap rather than warehouse leftovers.
After you submit checkout, we contact you to confirm customization. Once confirmed, you receive a secure payment link — nothing is charged when you first place the request.
Most orders begin production after payment confirmation, then ship within the United States via standard carriers. Peak demand can add a few days.
Many designs allow optional name or initials personalization. Share notes at checkout and we’ll confirm details before sending your payment link. Personalized items are generally final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
Currently GoalCaps ships to United States addresses only.
Use the Track Order page with your order number and checkout email. Carrier tracking appears after your order ships.
